SPAIN
- We offer two types of shipping to the peninsula :
- STANDARD SHIPPING: €3.90 (2 to 4 business days)
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: €4.90 (24/48 business hours)
- Regarding shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands :
- Canary Islands (€9.99): Shipping from 4 to 10 business days
- Balearic Islands (€9.99): Shipping in 3 to 5 business days
PORTUGAL
- We also have shipments to Portugal :
- STANDARD SHIPPING: €9.99 (3 to 5 business days)
We ship orders through Correos Express from Madrid. Estimated delivery period Start counting one day after placing the order as this is the time it takes us to prepare your order.
So that you can track your order, once it has been shipped we will send you an email including a tracking code.
When placing your order you will find several options:

- By Bank transfer*

We accept returns if the product has been received in poor condition. If so, contact us via email: info@marialaguillo.com and we will resolve it. If you want to return the product because you are not satisfied, we will give you a voucher with the amount of the order to spend in the store. The shipping amount is the responsibility of the customer (€5).
In this case we take care of sending a delivery person to pick up your order after payment of the amount.
For hygiene reasons, the return of earrings is not allowed.
If you want to make a change, contact us through our email info@marialaguillo.com, changes are only allowed during the following 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
The amount of the change is the responsibility of the client (€5) unless it is a ring size change, in which case it will be at our expense. In both cases we take care of sending a delivery person to pick up your order and deliver the new one to you after payment of the amount.
For hygiene reasons, changing earrings is not allowed.
